What happens after you write to us
You tell us the shape of it
Your dates, roughly how long you have, how many of you there are, and what you actually want out of the trip — snow, gardens, quiet, or all three. You do not need a finished plan. Most people come to us with a month and a vague feeling, which is plenty to start.
We build it and price it
A valley-born trip planner puts together a day-by-day itinerary and an itemised quote, usually within a few hours and always the same day. You see exactly what is included, what is not, and what each optional extra costs before you commit to anything.
We rebuild it until it fits
Nobody accepts the first draft, and nobody should. Swap a day, upgrade a hotel, add Sonamarg, drop Gulmarg, stretch it by two nights — we redraw it as many times as it takes. Only then do we talk about a booking.
Where we are
Our office is on Naidyar Lane at Hassanabad, in Rainawari, Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir 190003. We are a locally owned operator — the people who answer the phone are the people who run your trip, not a call centre in another city.
When we reply
We are reachable 9 am to 9 pm IST, seven days a week, on phone and WhatsApp. Enquiries sent overnight are answered first thing the next morning. During your trip, your assigned trip manager stays on WhatsApp from arrival to departure.
Getting to Kashmir
Srinagar International Airport (SXR) has direct flights from Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru and several other Indian cities, and takes about 30 minutes to reach the Boulevard. Every package includes airport pick-up and drop. Jammu is the nearest major railhead, roughly seven hours away by road, and the drive up the national highway is spectacular in good weather but slow in winter.
Useful to mention
Travelling dates or even the month, the number of adults and children, whether you would rather stay on a houseboat or in a hotel, and any dietary or mobility needs. Tell us your budget honestly and we will tell you honestly what it buys in that season.
