Day 1
Arrive Srinagar · flowers on the water
Airport pick-up and a private transfer to your deluxe houseboat suite — flower-bed turndown and a cake waiting. Evening shikara, just the two of you, out to the far side of the lake.

Day 2
Mughal gardens · dinner on deck
Shalimar Bagh, built by an emperor for his wife, and Nishat with the lake below it. Back on board for a candle-lit dinner on the deck, cooked to order by the houseboat kitchen.

Day 3
Gulmarg · snow at 3,000 m
Up to Gulmarg for the gondola and, in season, your first snow together. Sledging, a walk along the treeline, and hot noon chai in the meadow.

Day 4
Pahalgam · the Betaab photoshoot
Down to Pahalgam through Pampore's saffron fields. A couple photoshoot in Betaab Valley with the Lidder behind you — the pictures everyone brings home from Kashmir.

Day 5
Aru Valley · a day with nothing in it
Aru Valley in the morning, then deliberately nothing. Walk the river, find a chai stall, let the afternoon go.

Srinagar · Pari Mahal at sunset
Back to Srinagar. The dawn floating vegetable market if you can wake for it, the old city crafts, and Pari Mahal for the last sunset over the lake.

Departure
A slow breakfast on the water, then the airport.
